Finally, a New Story
I apologize for my long hiatus. Again, life got in the way of my hobby.
Therefore, what was intended to be a brief summer hiatus extended to almost half a year as more important obligations swallowed most of my time.
Going forward, I plan to reduce my short story output a bit. Instead of cranking out a story a week, I plan to shoot for about three a month. A few of those will be episodes of Readastorus.
Despite the lack of new content, the audience for these stories has been growing rapidly. I attribute that to your incredible support. I was shocked when I came back and saw that the last story I narrated in August 2020,” Memoirs of a Yellow Dog,” has been downloaded almost 13,000 times!
“The Boarded Window” has only garnered 1,300 downloads after being available online for more than 27 months. That tells me that you have been spreading the word, and I thank you.
I also need to express my gratitude and joy at the wonderful reviews you have posted on Apple Podcasts. I can’t put into adequate words how it makes me feel to know that my work has been a source of pleasure in your life.
I hope you enjoy my newest Litreading addition, “The Interlopers” by Saki. Look for another story in the much nearer future.
